In Step Five, you got a taste of how following your highest good in four general areas (your four bodies) generates abundant, consistent and sustainable love energy. Maintaining a high love energy (Step Three) level is what banishes that empty-blah feeling forever (Step One).
Step Five Recap
-We have 4 bodies: a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
-Our bodies are how love energy moves throughout our whole self.
-If our bodies are unhealthy or imbalanced, our love energy flow is diminished.
-To banish the void forever, we need to generate our own love energy through self-love, or move in the direction of our highest good for each body.

Lasting fulfillment and happiness is an energetic, inside job that no amount of money, the sexiest partner on the planet, sweetest set of wheels, or most powerful position in the world can produce.
Filling our love energy tank isn’t a one-time thing. Just like we need food everyday, we need love energy every day.
Have you ever gone on a fast from eating? Remember how that felt? Uncomfortable, painful, low energy levels and drooling over every morsel of food you saw…
Going without love energy is no different. But we don’t need to starve ourselves of love any more. We just need to upgrade our way of being.
A self-loving lifestyle takes a bit of retraining and repatterning, but can certainly be accomplished. It’s all about staying true to the intention of a better life and taking consistent actions in alignment with our highest good.

When we embrace this new way of being, we stop looking to others for approval or acceptance. We feel more comfortable in our own skin and appreciate our physical body. We set healthy boundaries and authentically express ourselves. We feel more inner peace and balance, no matter what life throws our way. Without even trying, we attract love-filled, uplifting relationships and friendships.
And once we find our groove, it’s surprisingly easy and fun to maintain!
But it doesn’t end there! When we live a self-loving lifestyle, we raise the frequency around us and become a self-loving role model, teaching all those around us how to do the same! What an amazingly powerful, life-impacting gift to give the world and our loved ones.
Are you ready to upgrade and get started on yours? Let’s do this!
Challenge
Enough with the self-criticism already! Stop waiting for others’ love and approval. It’s time to take creating your love energy into your own hands!
1. For the next seven-days, head to a private room, by yourself, with a mirror.
2. Gaze into your eyes. Don’t think about what you’re going to have for dinner or whether you should have put the clean laundry away already. Look into your eyes. You have a body, but you are not this body. You are so much more … Look beyond your eyes and into your very essence. Relax. Stay with it.
3. Say “I love you” to yourself. Hold your gaze for half a minute and gradually extend this time every day.
You may also experiment with phrases such as:
I appreciate you.
I’m sorry I abandoned you.
You are beautiful.
You may feel resistance to these phrases. It’s okay! Just try again!
